half and half worth waking up for

credit

My internship this semester starts early, and I have a 20-30 minute drive to get there, so as a result I wake up each morning at 5:30. Crazy. I've honestly gotten pretty used to it and it's not as bad as it sounds, but I've definitely been growing into a coffee lover. I only have one mug full, but as soon as I get out of the shower I make a bee line for it. Thanks to my wonderful boyfriend setting up the auto start each night, it's always ready for me :-)

In an effort to switch to a natural coffee creamer (I had previously been using CoffeeMate and wasn't too happy with the ingredients list), I tried SoDelicious coconut milk vanilla creamer.

I would say it was a good, but not great, natural alternative to what I was using before. I used it until it went bad, and then tried a new product from Organic Valley. I love Organic Valley because their dairy cows are pastured, meaning the dairy you get from their cows is literally a different, more nutritious food than one you would get from cows who are fed just corn.

This morning was my first mug of coffee with Organic Valley's vanilla half and half, and I loved it. SO delicious. I'm honestly sitting here watching my HGTV house hunters and looking forward to my 5:30 a.m. coffee. I bought my 16 oz. container from Whole Foods for $2.99, so not even a bad price! It will definitely be a new regular on the grocery list.

Want to go out for coffee or a drink this weekend?

I will drink anything if you hang out with me! Anything!

But since you are a nice friend, I'm hoping you will make it something delicious =) Hope your caffeinated internship is going well. -Diane
